The CBD is a hub for all major train routes, including the free bus that travels between the Perth CBD and Northbridge.

The best luxury hotels in Perth City Centre

The Ritz-Carlton in Perth: Luxe, with a capital “L”! The Ritz, Perth’s new luxury hotel, is located in Elizabeth Quay and commands views of both the Swan River as well as the CBD.

The view from my studio was incredible! I could see the Perth Bell Tower right outside of my window.

The hotel offers a rooftop bar, a spa and sauna, an outdoor pool, and upscale dining. It is one of Perth’s most beautiful hotels.

QRT Perth is One of my favorite hotels in Perth, thanks to its quirky design and location next to one of Perth’s largest shopping malls – Murray Street Mall.

Santini Grill is also one of my favorite restaurants in Perth. Check out the QT Rooftop Bar for some amazing views and great cocktails.

The Best Hotels in Perth City Centre for Mid-range Budgets

The Novotel Murray Street is my top choice for a mid-range hotel in Perth. This hotel, which opened only at the end of 2019, is central. The hotel has a sauna and outdoor pool, as well as a restaurant and bar.

The breakfast was excellent, and I can see why this is one of the most popular hotels in Perth for families. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. They were also a good size for a hotel in the inner city.

Other midrange hotels in Perth CBD :

Doubletree By Hilton Perth Waterfront This highly rated Doubletree is a new addition to Perth’s 4-star hotel scene. This hotel is located on the river, just a few steps from Elizabeth Quay. It offers rooms with views of both the city skyline and the river. This hotel is a great value.

Four Points By Sheraton Perth is another inner-city hotel located opposite the RAC arena in the west end of the city.

Adina Apartments Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza: This serviced apartment-style hotel offers 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

The Best Budget Accommodation in Perth City Centre

Citadines St Georges Terrace This hotel is located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment areas in Perth CBD.

Northbridge is opposite the City Centre and just the other side of the railway line. Don’t be put off by the fact that Perth is known for its nightlife. Northbridge’s “cleaning up” has been a major improvement in the last few years.

Northbridge is a popular place to stay in Perth. New hotels have opened, and the small bar scene has been revived, attracting visitors. Northbridge is home to the majority of backpacker accommodation in Perth.

The quirky Alex Hotel is my favorite hotel in Northbridge. It is located between Northbridge and the CBD and has a rooftop terrace that overlooks Northbridge. Guests can use the free bicycles to explore Perth.
