Tools for Tourism Business

Sustainable Tourism Cooperative Centre (STCRC) also develop tools in-house to aid small to medium tourism operators, based on their extensive research in the industry.

Please see the list below for tools which may aid your business.

Integrated Pre-Visit Communication Management (IPCM)

Integrated Pre-Visit Communication Management (IPCM) represents the interrelationship between the broader concept of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and pre-visit communication focus. The IPCM was developed as part of the research report, Marketing of protected areas as a tool to influence visitors’ pre-visit decisions, by Mike Reid, Glen Croy and Stephen Wearing. The IPCM and the research focus on three key areas of: strategy foundations, strategy development and strategy implementation. Click here to access the audit tool, user guide and workbook.
